The EAI, Workflow and Portal industries are slowly converging. Each has introduced products which have in one-way-or-another, attempted to address the process integration, application integration, data consistency, information management, seamless workflow, identity management, security and provisioning demands of the market place. Increased adoption of IT standards is forcing vendors towards more holistic offerings. Nirvana may not be that far away.
